Mystore is entering its next phase of growth. We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead and modernise our financial operations, strengthen our back-office processes and provide the insight needed to support smarter decisions across the company.
This is a strategic leadership role and part of Mystore’s management group. You will work closely with senior leadership, our owners and teams across the organisation to ensure that Mystore has the financial structure, systems and insight needed for long-term growth.
What you will do
develop and execute financial strategies that support Mystore’s growth and long-term goals
lead budgeting and forecasting processes
prepare financial reporting for senior leadership and owners
provide clear financial insight to support decision-making
ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, financial laws, with overall responsibility for company compliance
monitor cash flow, liquidity and cost optimisation opportunities
modernise back-office functions through automation, AI, improved workflows and better financial systems
work closely with department heads to align financial processes with operational goals
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution.
You thrive in a multi-functional role, enjoy building structure and are motivated by the opportunity to modernise and improve how finance supports the business.
We believe you have:
a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is highly valued
5+ years in finance management
experience with back-office transformation or financial process modernisation
experience from a multi-country environment
strong understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations and compliance
good knowledge of AI, automation and financial systems
strong analytical skills and the ability to act on financial insight
clear communication skills and experience presenting financial information to management and boards
fluency in Norwegian and English
